Shared transport is in many ways a collaboration, and CoMoUK's collaboration with its members is a very important part of how it works. CoMoUK has three types of membership:

People using a car club van

Operator membership

  • In car club and bike share we have accredited operator memberships
  • In e-scooter and DDRT we have non-accredited operator memberships
  • Shared ride platforms fall under associate membership of CoMoUK
  • Our wider associate membership includes a diverse range of companies
  • Public authorities can access all our forums for free and have access to us on a 1:1 basis at any time
  • All our memberships bring voting rights at our AGM, as does our Friends of CoMoUK category

Friends of CoMoUK membership

As a charity, CoMoUK works for the public benefit of shared transport.

We recognise the vital role that the public and third sectors play in this and are providing this category for the minimal annual cost of £1.

This brings voting rights at our annual general meeting, as with our other membership categories.

We work even-handedly with all public authorities across the UK, regardless of whether they are Friends of CoMoUK.
