The promoter is CoMoUK Trust Ltd. Employees of CoMoUK Trust or any associated shared transport schemes or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or the pop-up mobility hubs project shall not be permitted to enter.
Route to entry for the prize draw is via completion of the survey including your email address, in order for CoMoUK to notify you should you win the draw. Closing date for entry in the prize draw is midnight (UK time) one week after the hub has moved from a pop-up location. To find out when the pop-up is moving from its location, please view the web page for the relevant pop-up mobility hub.
After this date then no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The promoter will notify any changes to the prize draw to entrants as soon as possible.
The prize draw is open to all respondents to the pop-up mobility hubs surveys. There is one £25 shopping voucher available to be won for each pop-up location. In some cases, there may be a paper version of the survey, in which case a further £25 voucher will be available. You may enter the survey up to once per location, online or on paper, if the latter option is available.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the gift voucher will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize on offer is gift vouchers to the value of £25 which will be delivered via email.
The winners will be chosen at random one week after the prize draw for an individual hub location has closed. In the case where this date falls on a UK public holiday, the draw will take place on the next working day. The winners will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
